Shipping your package
Processing times are calculated in business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). An order is only shipped once it has been processed.
Your order is processed the same day whenever possible, or the next business day. Please note that preparation time can take up to 24 business hours.
Depending on the delivery method you select, your order will be prepared and shipped. Delivery can take 1 to 2 business days for Express Delivery, 2 to 5 business days for Standard Delivery, and 2 to 5 business days for Pickup Point delivery. During peak periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas, or the Sales, delivery times may be longer. Delivery times may be extended by two days for Corsica.
An order can only be delivered to one address. If you wish to send orders to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
2. International Delivery
Orders placed via www.santaclaus67.fr can be delivered to mainland France, Corsica, and the Principality of Monaco. We do not deliver to French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), Andorra, or other countries.
3. Order Tracking
To ensure correct addresses and verify that our carrier has all the necessary information, we use a system that verifies your address using your postal code. Once the warehouse has prepared and packaged your order and it is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in your inbox.
All information regarding your order tracking will be sent to you by email.

Your order status is either:
Pending: You have not yet finalized your order; it is currently being processed in your shopping cart.
Paid: You will receive your order confirmation email.
Being prepared: Your order is being processed by the logistics center.
Shipped: We will notify you by email when it is handed over to the postal service.
Delivered: The order has been received, and the invoice has been sent by email.
4. Delivery Delays
In the event of a delivery delay (exceeding the stated delivery time or, failing that, the maximum delivery time of thirty (30) days after order confirmation), the Buyer must notify the Seller of this delay as soon as possible by email so that the Seller can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
If the order is located during this investigation, it will be immediately reshipped to the delivery address specified in the order. However, if the loss of the order is confirmed following this investigation, the Seller will issue a full refund of all sums paid by the Buyer (including delivery charges), using the original payment method.
In any event, if delivery is delayed by more than thirty (30) days from the date of the Buyer's email notifying them of the delay, and this delay is not due to force majeure, the Buyer may cancel their order by contacting Customer Service.
If the Buyer exercises this right of cancellation under the conditions of this Article 5.c, the Seller will not collect payment for the order. In the event that payment for the order has already been received, the Seller shall make a refund of all sums paid by the Buyer (including delivery costs), according to the payment method used within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the cancellation, and this excluding any other compensation.
5. Order Receipt
Each delivery is deemed to have been made upon the Carrier making the Product(s) available to the Buyer, or to a third party designated by the Buyer. It is the Buyer's responsibility to immediately verify the conformity and integrity of the shipped Product(s) upon receipt.
Any anomaly or reservation identified at the time of delivery (including late delivery, missing or damaged product) must be fully and precisely noted by the Buyer on the delivery receipt provided by the Carrier at the time the Products are made available and/or confirmed by registered letter to the Carrier within three (3) days of receiving the order.
Any such reservation must also be notified as soon as possible to the Seller's Customer Service department here. A copy of the claim sent to the Carrier must be attached.
6. Easy and Free Returns
You have 28 days from the delivery date to notify us of your wish to return the products if they are not suitable. You can do this either by informing Customer Service of your decision to return the products or by sending the products back directly, following the return procedure outlined below. Please note that engraved products cannot be returned except in the case of a defect.
If you notify Customer Service, you have 14 days from the date of notification to return the products. In all cases, the products must be returned in their original packaging.
All returns are refunded using the same payment method as the original order.
If you received one or more samples or gifts with your order, you can keep them; they are yours, so enjoy!
Products returned more than 14 days after notification of return or more than 28 days from the delivery date (without prior notification to Customer Service) will not be eligible for a refund.
7. How to make a free return?
To return your product, please follow the steps listed below.
1/ Retrieve and print your return slip:
Either via the "Return my order" or "Return label" link accessible in the delivery confirmation email
Or by downloading the return slip attached to the email that will be sent to you by Customer Service if you requested a return by phone
2/ Affix your return label to the outside of the package to be returned and include a copy of the invoice corresponding to the order you wish to return.
3/ Keep the proof of postage showing your tracking number.
4/ The refund for the Product(s) will be issued using the original payment method used by the Buyer, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day the Seller is informed of the Buyer's decision to withdraw, or beyond 28 days from the delivery date (in the absence of prior notification to Customer Service). This refund will not incur any costs for the Buyer. However, the refund may be deferred until the returned Products have been received or until the Buyer has provided proof of shipment of the Product, whichever occurs first.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
For defective or incorrect products, you can return them and obtain a refund or contact our customer service department.
