Definitions
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all orders placed on the website www.santaclaus67.fr, operated by the company santaclaus67 FRANCE, registered under number 922 792 288, whose registered office is located at 32 DES CARRIERES 24610 MONTPEYROUX – France, VAT number FR922 792 288 00016.
The applicable GTC are those in effect on the date the order is validated.

Article 1 – Purpose and Scope
The Site offers online sales of costumes, accessories, collectibles, trading cards, figurines, and jewelry.
All orders imply full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Order confirmation constitutes an electronic signature and contractual acceptance.
Article 2 – Customer Account
Creating a customer account is required to place an order. The Customer agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Login details are strictly personal. Any fraudulent use will be the Customer's responsibility.
The Seller reserves the right to delete any account in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or prolonged inactivity.
Article 3 – Orders
Products are offered subject to availability. Photographs and visuals are not contractually binding.
The order is considered final upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer.
Products remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received.
Article 4 – Price and Payment Terms
Prices are expressed in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the price applied is the one in effect on the day the order is placed.

Article 5 – Delivery
Delivery costs and times are indicated before order confirmation. Deliveries are made within mainland France.
For deliveries outside the European Union or French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), the Customer acts as the importer and is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.
The Customer is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt. Any damage or discrepancies must be noted on the delivery slip.
In the event of a return, a quality control check is carried out. A depreciation charge may be applied depending on the condition of the product and its packaging, which may include the refusal of a refund if the product is no longer resalable as new.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The specific provisions of the Consumer Code, and in particular those relating to the right of withdrawal, do not apply to orders placed by professionals, local authorities, government agencies, or associations acting within the scope of their business activities.
In accordance with the law, the Consumer Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except where otherwise provided by law.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of an error attributable to the Seller.
Article 7 – Legal Guarantees
The Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
