How long does it take to get a credit card refund?
If you make a purchase in-store with your credit card and have requested a refund, please note that the refund processing time depends on your bank, the type of credit card, and also the day of the transaction (refunds initiated at the end of the week or on public holidays may be delayed). This process can take between 2 and 10 business days. You may have noticed that your purchase transaction is processed instantly, but the refund takes time to appear in your account. This is normal; the merchant processing the refund must first ensure that the money has been transferred to their account before issuing the refund.
